We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista/All-Rounder to join our friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coffee Preparation : Expertly prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.
- Customer Service : Greet customers warmly, take orders, and ensure an exceptional experience.
- Shop Operations : Open and close the shop efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed.
- Cleaning & Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and surfaces.
- Waste Management : Take out bins as necessary.
- MarketShifts : Participate in Saturday/Sunday market shifts as required.
- Money Handling : Process payments accurately and manage the cash register.




- Kitchen Assistance : Perform basic kitchen-hand tasks during downtime or as needed.

Requirements

- Experience : A minimum of 6 months of barista experience is essential. You must be confident in operating coffee machines and producing consistently excellent coffee.
- Availability : Weekend availability is mandatory.

Employment Details

This role will be offered under a part-time employee agreement. You will work approximately 2 shifts per week, including weekends. Additional hours may be available during peak periods or for market events.
