We are seeking reliable, respectful Personal Care Assistants to provide person-centred assistance to clients in their homes. Key Responsibilities

- Assist with personal hygiene and grooming, including showering, dressing, and toileting support.
- Support mobility and transfers using safe manual handling practices or aids as required.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Provide medication reminders and report any concerns to the care coordinator or health professionals.
- Complete light household tasks to maintain a safe and tidy living space.
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and engagement in social or recreational activities.
- Follow individualized care plans, document care activities accurately, and communicate changes promptly.

Requirements





- Requirements Availability for immediate start and flexible scheduling to meet client needs.
- Own reliable car and willingness to travel locally between client homes.
- Full Australian Drivers Licence with a clean record.
- Current National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
- Experience in personal care, disability support, aged care, or related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to follow instructions, document care activities, and work independently.
