POSITION SUMMARY

Aplenty is looking for a hands‑on Catering All Rounder to support our events, FOH, beverage and logistics teams.

This is a varied role where no two days look quite the same — from batching cocktails and packing events to setting up grazing tables, supporting FOH or delivering our Ready to Serve orders.

Perfect for someone with hospitality experience, a flexible schedule and an interest in learning the ropes of a growing catering + events business.

Please disregard position of 'kitchen hand', there was no option for a Catering All‑Rounder!

SUCCESS IN THIS POSITION LOOKS LIKE

- Events and deliveries are packed accurately and ready on time
- Event set‑ups and pack‑downs run smoothly
- Beverage orders are prepared, labelled and organised
- Equipment and stock are well maintained and accounted for
- You communicate clearly and take initiative
- Aplenty’s presentation and service standards are upheld

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

EVENT PREP & LOGISTICS

- Pack food, beverages, equipment and supplies using event paperwork and checklists
- Load and unload catering vehicles
- Deliver and collect catering orders and equipment across Sydney
- Keep stock, equipment and event preparation areas organised

BEVERAGE + CATERING SUPPORT

- Batch cocktails and prepare beverage orders
- Assist with grazing tables, beverage stations and event set‑ups
- Support FOH service and pack‑down where required
- Help across different areas of the business during busy periods

STANDARDS + ORGANISATION

- Follow Aplenty systems, checklists and procedures




- Maintain clean, organised and safe work areas
- Communicate any stock, equipment or logistical issues early
- Take initiative and help wherever needed

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

- FOH, hospitality, catering or events experience preferred
- Confident driving vans or similar vehicles
- Comfortable with lifting, loading and physical work
- Reliable, organised and able to follow instructions accurately

REQUIREMENTS

- Full Australian Driver’s Licence essential
- Current NSW RSA or willing to complete course
- Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends
