PhysioChoice is seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Casual Practice Administrator to join our welcoming team at our Warrnambool clinic, commencing in October 2026 .

The Role

We are looking for a Casual Practice Administrator who is available to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays .

Additional casual hours may also be available from time to time to assist with annual leave and staff absences.

You will play an important role in the day to day operation of the clinic, providing outstanding customer service while supporting both patients and clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcoming patients and providing exceptional front desk service

- Managing appointments and responding to phone and email enquiries

- Processing payments and issuing receipts

- Assisting with Medicare, private health and third-party billing





- Maintaining accurate patient records

- General administrative and reception duties

- Supporting the clinical team with the day to day running of the practice

- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Is available to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills

- Is friendly, professional and approachable

- Is organised and able to manage competing priorities

- Has good attention to detail

- Is confident using computers and learning new systems

- Is reliable and works well as part of a team

Previous experience in administration, reception or a healthcare setting would be highly regarded, but is not essential. Training will be provided to the right person.
