Continental Patisserie Aust Pty Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pick and Packers to join our team on a casual basis . Based in Silverwater NSW 2128, this role is fundamental to ensuring our products are accurately selected, prepared and packaged to the highest standards for delivery to our customers. As a Pick and Packer, you will be a key part of our operations team, working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment where attention to detail and efficiency are paramount. This is a hands‑on position that directly impacts customer satisfaction and the smooth running of our logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

- Accurately picking products from warehouse shelves and storage areas according to order specifications and pick lists
- Inspecting products for quality and damage before packing to ensure only items meeting our standards are shipped
- Carefully packing products into boxes or containers using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit
- Labelling and documenting packages with correct delivery information, order numbers and tracking details
- Organising and stacking packed boxes in designated areas ready for collection and dispatch
- Maintaining accurate records of picked and packed items to ensure order accuracy
- Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised in accordance with health and safety standards
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Following all company policies, procedures and health and safety protocols at all times

What we're looking for

- Previous experience as a Pick and Packer or in a similar warehouse or logistics role is highly desirable
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Strong attention to detail to minimise errors and ensure order accuracy




- Positive physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift and carry items regularly, and stand for extended periods
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic numeracy skills for counting, measuring and record‑keeping
- Reliability and punctuality, with the flexibility to work casual hours as required
- A commitment to health and safety in the workplace
- Clear communication skills and a positive attitude
- A current drivers licence is beneficial but not essential
