About the role

This role exists to keep financial records accurate, complete, and current - so people are paid correctly, suppliers are paid on time, and leadership can trust the numbers behind every decision. You'll own the books through to trial balance and report the numbers straight to the Owners. Alongside the bookkeeping, you'll pick up a slice of general office admin - at this size, the two sit naturally together.

Key responsibilities

Accounts payable and receivable - invoices processed, paid, and reconciled on time, every time

Bank and credit card reconciliations across multiple sites and accounts

Payroll processing support - timesheets, pay runs, and superannuation processed accurately and on schedule

BAS and GST preparation, ready for lodgement

Expense coding by site and cost centre

Petty cash and till reconciliation across sites





Xero data integrity - chart of accounts kept clean and consistent across every site

General office admin - supplier record-keeping, contract and insurance admin, new-starter paperwork, and ordering site supplies

About you

Certificate IV in Bookkeeping (or equivalent demonstrated experience) - BAS Agent registration highly regarded

Experience bookkeeping for a multi-site retail, hospitality, or food business

Fluent in Xero

Meticulous, organised, and comfortable owning detail that others miss

Comfortable working independently and asking questions before assuming
