About Us

The Milton Hotel is a beautifully restored heritage pub on the NSW South Coast and home to Dangerous Ales, our award-winning craft brewery. Known for our relaxed atmosphere, quality local food, live music, and genuine hospitality, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming space for locals and visitors alike.

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable front-of-house and bar staff to join our team. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, friendly workplace that values teamwork, customer service,



and a love of hospitality.

Your duties will include:

- Greeting and serving guests in the bar, bistro, and deck areas

- Pouring beers, making drinks, and processing orders

- Providing table service and maintaining a clean, well-presented venue

- Working closely with the team to deliver a great customer experience

- Supporting events, live music nights, and functions when required

About You

We’re after team players who are:

- Positive, skilled, and approachable

- Passionate about food, beer, and customer service

- Able to work in a busy environment with a smile

- Flexible to work weekends and evenings

- RSA certified (essential)

Experience in pubs, bars, or restaurants is preferred, but we’re also open to training enthusiastic newcomers with the right attitude.
