LJ Hooker Rockhampton is looking for a Sales Administrator to provide hands-on administration, contract and marketing support across our Sales Department. This is a varied and important role within our team, suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys supporting others and can confidently manage multiple priorities.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing Form 6 Listing Agreements, reappointments and sales documentation
- Processing appraisals and new property listings
- Maintaining accurate property, client and compliance records
- Preparing documentation for tenanted properties being sold
- Preparing contracts and coordinating electronic signing
- Monitoring contracts, conditions, deposits and key settlement dates
- Liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers and other parties
- Coordinating property marketing
- Ordering brochures, signboards and other marketing collateral

About you

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence with technology and learning new systems
- Initiative and the ability to think ahead
- A positive, professional and team-focused approach




- The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy workplace
- Previous real estate, sales administration, conveyancing or general administration experience will be highly regarded; however, the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally important
