About company/role:

- Major food/beverage manufacturing
- Based in the Southeast suburbs of Melbourne
- Seeking a ScienceStudentto join the QA/QCteam
- Casual contract to cover shifts across October - December
- Must be able to work across both day and night shifts
- Multiple opportunities available!

Duties, but not limited to:

- Collecting samples from manufacturing line
- QC testing of raw materials and finished products using basic wet chemistry techniques (titrations, pH, brix, HPLC)
- Batch release
- Assisting with sensory evaluations
- Data entry and result compilation
- Check and fill-in quality paperwork
- General housekeeping and maintenanceof lab
- Ensure GMP standards

Skills/experience:

- Currently in 2nd or 3rd year studyingFood science, Chemistry, or similar




- Valuable understanding of GMP and chemistry analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and time management
- Must have a car
- Available to work across day and night shifts
