As an Admin personnel at our agency, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on the lives of our vendors, purchasers and tenants. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting/following up on all assigned enquiries

Managing the sales pipeline and liaising with various stakeholders

Preparing sales contracts for exchanges

Responding to vendors, tradespeople, buyers,



and solicitors' queries

Property handover to buyers and tenants

To excel in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications:

Previous work experience showing attention to detail

Comfortable with interacting with clients over the phone
