Step into a rewarding role as an all-rounder Support Worker at Circa Three, Nundah. Here, you’ll join our specialised Onsite Shared Support/Concierge team - an cutting-edge 24/7 service that ensures NDIS clients have immediate, reliable assistance whenever their regular supports aren’t available. Onsite shared support means you’ll be based right where clients live, ready to provide help at a moment’s notice. This could range from assisting with meals and daily routines, to delivering personal care or responding to unexpected emergencies such as falls or medical incidents. You’ll be one of the friendly face's clients see every day, creating a safe, supportive environment and fostering independence through tailored, person-centred care.

About the Role:

Deliver unplanned and infrequent support for Clients with different abilities, meeting a variety of needs as they arise.

Be part of a dedicated team, stepping in when regular supports aren’t available and ensuring continuous, high-quality assistance.

Onsite shifts- Monday to Sunday 7:00am to 4:00pm ,



Monday to Sunday 4:00pm to 8:00am with a sleepover shift between 10:00pm to 6:00am .

We are also looking for someone with availability across varies days, and someone who is comfortable to support when urgent shifts arise.

Who We’re Looking For:

Be a decent, caring and compassionate human who wants to help our nations vulnerable

Experienced Support Workers with a genuine passion for helping others and supporting people with varying disabilities.

Minimum 12 months disability support work experience & 6 months experience with hoisting including a stand up hoist.

Strong customer service skills - think of yourself as a superstar concierge and support worker combined.

Autonomous, proactive and adaptable team players who thrive on problem-solving and multitasking.

Positive, personable, and reliable individuals with an excellent work ethic and a caring nature.
