About the Role

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for service customers and play a key role in delivering a positive and professional service experience. Your duties will include:

- Greeting and assisting service customers
- Communicating vehicle concerns and repair requirements
- Preparing parts and labour quotations
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Preparing invoices and closing repair orders

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in reception, retail,



or customer service (preferred)
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- A professional presentation and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manufacturer and dealership training provided
