This is a varied, hands-on role combining administration, customer service, marketing coordination and operational support . It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work and is confident working autonomously.
What you’ll do:
Manage customer emails, phone enquiries and bookings
Handle general administration, records and follow-ups
Assist with customer and wholesale orders
Pack and prepare orders when required
Help coordinate our marketing calendar and promotions
Assist with newsletters, blogs and website updates
Coordinate with our existing social media/content support
Follow up tasks and keep agreed activities on track
Provide general support to the wider team when needed
What we’re looking for:
Previous administration, customer service or office experience
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confidence working independently and using initiative
Professional and friendly communication skills
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
An interest in marketing and business operations
A practical, flexible approach and willingness to help where needed
This is a permanent part-time position working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–2:30 pm.
The role is based on-site at Tamborine Mountain Distillery on Tamborine Mountain in the Gold Coast Hinterland . Please consider the commute and ensure you have reliable transport.
Award rate + superannuation and applicable employment entitlements.
