Bang Bang Byron Bay is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant manager.

Australian work rights or valid work visa required for this position.

Our expanding group has venues stretching from Noosa, through Brisbane, Byron Bay, East Ballina and Coffs Harbour.

As a Assistant Manager candidate you will:

- have leadership experience
- have a minimum of 1-2 years leadership experience in hospitality management
- have a passion for all things Food and Beverage
- Incorporate good organisation and planning,



whilst working alongside and enabling other leaders and staff to work efficiently and cohesively.
- initiate training and mentoring for staff to encourage and facilitate development for all the team
- hold current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification before commencement

The successful candidates will be:

- a team player and highly focused
- have the ability to work under pressure
- able to create a positive and proactive work environment
- have strong communication and organisational skills
- have a 'can do' attitude
- can jump in the bar to provide assistance to the bar team
- enjoy a smaller and interactive cocktail bar environment which allows your fun and charismatic demeanour to enhance the guests' experience.
