We provide outsourced accounting, CFO and business advisory services to clients across a range of industries and are looking for an enthusiastic Junior / Assistant Accountant to join our team.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years' experience in accounting or bookkeeping who wants exposure to a variety of businesses and the opportunity to grow their career.

Primary Focus

- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Bank Reconciliations

You will also gain exposure to management reporting, cloud accounting systems and business advisory support.

Key Responsibilities

- Processing supplier invoices and payment runs
- Managing accounts receivable and debtor collections
- Performing bank, credit card and balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting month-end accounting processes




- Assisting with management reporting
- Communicating with clients, customers and suppliers
- Maintaining accurate financial records

About You

You will have:

- 2-3 years' accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
- Solid attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and take ownership of tasks through to completion
- Comfortable working independently within a flexible and collaborative team environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- A desire to learn and build a long-term career in accounting
