The Role

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Centre Warehouse Supervisor to join our South East Queensland Distribution team as we continue our transition to a centralised distribution model that supports our growing retail network.

Reporting to the Distribution Centre Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth, protected and efficient day-to-day operation of the Distribution Centre. You will oversee the flow of stock through the warehouse, supporting the accurate processing, storage and dispatch of inventory to retail stores and community support programs.

Working closely with the broader Distribution Centre team, you will coordinate operational activities to achieve high standards of safety, productivity, inventory accuracy and service delivery. Your ability to identify process improvements,



maintain operational excellence and support a positive team culture will be critical to the success of the site.

This is a hands-on operational role focused on warehouse execution, workflow coordination and continuous improvement. While the position does not include direct people management responsibilities, you will be a key contributor to the day-to-day performance and success of the Distribution Centre.

This is a permanent, full-time position (38 hours per week) based at our Richlands Distribution Centre.

To be successful in this position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

- Relevant experience in warehousing or logistics operations, preferably as a Warehouse Supervisor or equivalent role
- Current Open Driver’s License
- Current Forklift - High Risk Work Licence (Class LF)
- Experience working with in-house fleet operations and company drivers
- Thorough understanding of distribution, warehouse and logistics operations including inventorymanagement, distribution and supply chain management
- Commitment to promoting and creating a safe workplace, ensuring all policies, procedures andlegislative requirements are adhered to
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines for timely and accurate deliveryof services
- Experience in high-volume stock handling and fast-paced operational settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience working with donations, including receiving, sorting, and processing donated goods is desirable.
