NDIS Support Worker (ABN - subcontracting position)

As an NDIS Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to participants to help them achieve their goals, maintain their independence and participate in their community.

Key responsibilities

Providing day‑to‑day support to NDIS participants

Supporting participants with personal care and daily living activities where required

Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks

Maintaining a safe, clean and supportive workplace

Supporting participants to attend appointments and community activities

Assisting participants to develop independence and life skills

Supporting participants to participate in social and recreational activities

Following individual support plans and participant goals

Completing required documentation, progress notes and other records

Supporting positive behaviour and following behaviour support plans where applicable

About you

Caring, patient and compassionate

Reliable and responsible

Respectful of individual choice, culture and personal preferences

Confident communicating with participants and other team members

Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Comfortable supporting people with different needs and abilities





Professional and able to maintain appropriate boundaries

Willing to learn and complete required training

Hold an Australian Business Number (ABN) as this is a subcontractor position

Competitive hourly subcontractor rate

Superannuation paid by Frontline Support Services in addition to the agreed hourly rate
