The Role

We're on the hunt for a Restaurant Teamleader who's ready to lead from the front. You'll be the face of BBK, 5 nights a week ensuring every guest feels welcome, every table runs smoothly, and every shift is a success.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage reservations utilizing OpenTable/Lightspeed and guest flow with precision and warmth
- Lead and inspire our front-of-house team
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile
- Collaborate with kitchen and management to ensure seamless operations
- Ensure food & wine knowledge is impeccable




- Demonstrate intermediate level food & wine knowledge to provide expert recommendations to guests
- Contribute to marketing and promotional ideas to grow our local presence

Who You Are

- A hospitality professional with front-of-house experience
- Minimum 6-12 months of front-of-house hospitality experience required
- Confident with bookings, customer service, and team leadership
- Previous supervisor role experience in team leadership required
- Energetic, reliable, and ready to make BBK the best in town
- Bonus points if you love food, people, and a fast-paced environment!
