We are seeking an experienced Vineyard Operator to join our team servicing premium vineyards across the Hunter valley. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working outdoors. This position is offered on a casual basis with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities
- Operating tractors and Vineyard machinery
- Applying fungicides and herbicides in line with safety standards
- Performing Vineyard task including pruning, harvesting, shoot thinning, suckering and trellis maintenance
- Maintaining high standards of Vineyard care and presentation
- Working both independently and as part of a team
Skills & Experience
- Proven Vineyard experience
- Tractor operating experience
- Chemical handling certificate
- Strong understanding of Vineyard operations and seasonal tasks
- High level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual work
- Reliable work ethic's and robust attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Current drivers license and reliable transport

- Forklift license
- Truck license
