Life Without Barriers in Sydney, NSW, seeks a Youth Worker (Interim Care) to support children aged 9–14 in residential care. You’ll help create a secure, homelike environment and guide learners in independent living, problem solving and building positive relationships.
This 24/7 role requires roster flexibility, including afternoon, sleepovers and weekends. A current HLTAID011 First Aid certificate and a driver’s licence are essential; probity checks will be completed during recruitment.
