We’re looking for a caring and capable Enrolled Nurse to join our Aged Care team and provide person-centred nursing support to older people in their own homes and within the community.

What you'll be doing

Working alongside our Clinical Care Manager and broader Aged Care team, you’ll provide nursing care that is practical, responsive and tailored to each client's individual needs.

Your day may include:

- Completing nursing assessments and routine clinical observations
- Providing wound care and supporting skin integrity and pressure injury prevention
- Providing continence-related care and clinical assessment
- Supporting medication-related care within your scope, competency and authorisation




- Monitoring clients with chronic health conditions and changes in health and wellbeing
- Providing nursing interventions in clients' homes
- Supporting clients following illness, hospitalisation or changes in health
- Providing health education and supporting self-management
- Contributing to care plans, reviews and case conferences
- Providing clinical guidance to Support Workers around client-specific care needs
- Working collaboratively with families, carers, Care Partners and external health professionals
- Identifying and appropriately escalating changes or concerns in a client's health
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and contributing to quality and continuous improvement

You’ll be working within your EN scope of practice and professional standards, with clinical oversight and support from our Clinical Care Manager.

Where you'll work

This isn’t a role where you’ll be sitting behind a desk all day. You’ll spend time out in the community providing care in clients’ homes, alongside time in our office working with the broader Aged Care team.

The role is casual, with hours generally worked between 8:00am and 5:00pm. There is also potential for the role to become a permanent part-time position for the right person.

About you

We're looking for an EN who is clinically capable, but just as importantly, kind, respectful and genuinely enjoys working with people.

You’ll bring:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
- A Diploma of Nursing or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
- The ability to work independently in clients' homes while knowing when to seek clinical support
- Strong clinical, communication and documentation skills
- A current driver's licence
- Current required worker screening and police checks
- Current First Aid and CPR, or a willingness to obtain
- Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities
