Set over 2 levels and sprawling 3,820 sqm, the club features a spacious gym floor with dedicated cardio, strength and functional training areas and an outdoor training space coming soon, 5 group exercise studios and spaces for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre, Boxing, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, club-V for the kids, and a bustling café for your post-workout treat.

The gig:

Reporting to the Club V Manager, you'll deliver heartfelt service to our mini-members in our in club creche, ensuring a safe workplace where members love spending time.

In a nutshell:

You'll welcome members and their carers on arrival and understand any individual needs, routines or considerations

You'll support the day-to-day running of Club-V (our in club Creche) program, ensuring our members get the best care, supervision, and plenty of fun

You'll take enormous pride in delivering Club-V activities that make kids go 'wow!' and you'll be empowered to find ways to give our members and their guardians that little bit extra... especially when it's unexpected





You'll advocate safety and ensure correct procedures are followed in club

All about you:

You have 2+ years of relevant experience, flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule and your Working with Children Check. You may also have your first aid. A+ for you.

You have aligned experience. You love to create meaningful moments for children and ensure a safe environment at all times.

You are people-focused. You enjoy learning about the needs of children and personalised activities for all ages. You’re warm, honest and genuine. Delivering magical experiences makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside.
