We have Casual Educator positions, based in the beautiful Brisbane Bayside, and is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children. As an Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in an engaging and nurturing environment.
What you'll be doing
- Assist to plan and deliver educational programs that support the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of children
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for children
- Observe and document children's progress, interests and developmental needs
- Collaborate with families to understand and meet the individual needs of each child
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
What we’re looking for
- Working towards Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or holding a qualification
- Previous experience working as an Educator in a childcare or early learning setting is preferred
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children
