Little Steps Early Learning is a purpose-built, privately-owned centre providing a nurturing, inquiry-based workplace for children and families. We are licensed for 40 children each day.

Onsite and street parking is available.

It is conveniently located near public transportation.

We are seeking Full Time Toddler or Preschool Room Assistant Educator to join our dynamic team.

Key requirements:

- Early Childhood Certificate III, Diploma or ACECQA approved equivalent qualification.
- Candidates must hold a minimum of Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification recognised by ACECQA.
- Minimum of one year experience is desirable
- Positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player
- Knowledge and understanding of the ELYF and NQS
- Current WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate.
- All certificates including WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid, Asthma,



and Anaphylaxis must be current at the time of application.
- A passion for providing high-quality education and care to children and families
- Well-developed written and spoken communication skills relevant to an early childhood education setting
- Full working rights in Australia

Key responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators and the community
- Support room leader for daily task and deliver high quality education and care
- Actively contribute as a collaborative and reliable team member
- Work in partnership with children, families, colleagues, and the community in line with the service philosophy
