We are currently seeking a motivated Receptionist to join our Head Office in Charlestown on a full-time basis.

Play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly while supporting a busy, professional team in a fast-paced environment.

This role is the first point of contact for our business, so we’re looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and reliable.

About the Role

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and email correspondence
- Maintain office and meeting room presentation
- General purchasing for office and departments
- Assist with errands and ad hoc tasks
- Scanning, filing, and maintaining records
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings as required
- Provide general support to the wider team

About You

Previous experience is not essential — however,



some prior experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

You will be someone who:

- Is organised, takes ownership of their work, and follows tasks through to completion
- Takes initiative and looks for ways to support the team
- Is eager to learn and develop current skills
- Communicates clearly and professionally

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
