Southeast Appliance Service is seeking a reliable Administration Officer to join our small, busy team on the Sunshine Coast. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and is central to keeping service bookings running smoothly. The position mainly involves coordinating customer service bookings and processing customer enquiries by phone and email, along with day-to-day data processing and office administration.

Key responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and provide qualified, helpful customer service

Receive, process and respond to customer emails and enquiries in a timely manner

Coordinate and schedule customer service bookings and technician appointments

Enter and maintain job, customer and booking information accurately (data processing)

Follow up bookings, confirm appointments and keep customers informed

Provide general administrative support to the office and technicians as required

About you

Clear,



confident communicator on the phone and in writing

Well organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle bookings and enquiries

Comfortable with computers - email, data entry and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)

Previous customer service, reception or administration experience is highly regarded

Experience with job management or booking software (e.g. Simpro) is an advantage, but training can be provided

Reliable, professional and able to work well as part of a small team

Based on the Sunshine Coast and available to work from our Warana office

The position

The position will be Part Time Casual, at first but could become full time / part time with flexible hours if required, for the right applicant, School leavers or those looking for a traineeship are welcome to apply.
