You will manage the daily operations of a residential rent roll while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. This is a permanent part-time role (5 hours per day, 5 days per week), with a clear pathway to full time as the portfolio grows.

Key responsibilities

- Managing tenant and owner enquiries
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades
- Lease renewals and rent reviews
- Processing tenant applications
- Preparing tenancy agreements (Form 18a)
- Preparing Form 6 agreements for new owners
- Conducting entry, routine and exit inspections
- Lodging work orders and entering invoices

About you

- Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson or Property Manager Licence
- Current Driver's Licence
- Previous property management experience
- Strong understanding of REIQ documentation
- Experience preparing Form 18a agreements




- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Experience using PropertyMe software or other property management software an advantage
- Previous Experience doing Trust accounting would be an advantage
