We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Forklift Operator / Production Worker to join our busy carrot processing and packing operation. This is a hands‑on role that combines forklift duties with general production and packing tasks in a friendly, team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating a forklift to move carrot bins from the production line to storage and delivery areas
- Placing carrots into bags from the production line
- Sorting and grading carrots by size for packaging
- Labelling bags and preparing products for dispatch
- Washing and cleaning carrots as part of the processing operation
- Assisting with general production and packing duties
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Manual handling and lifting of up to 20kg when required
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current Forklift Licence (LF)
- Experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently
- Positive attention to detail




- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
- Strong teamwork skills
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- Physical fitness for manual handling tasks

Safety & PPE Requirements

Full supervision is provided onsite, and all employees must comply with workplace safety requirements.

The following PPE is required at all times:

- Earmuffs / hearing protection
- High‑visibility clothing
- Fully enclosed safety footwear
