About the Role

As a key member of our front-of-house team, you’ll be the face of Jai Ho, delivering an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. Your daily duties will include:

Warmly greeting and seating customers, making every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door

Presenting menus and confidently guiding guests through our menu offerings

Taking accurate food and beverage orders and communicating these effectively with the kitchen





Serving food and beverages in a timely and skilled manner

Processing payments efficiently and accurately

Ensuring the dining area is always clean, tidy and welcoming throughout your shift

About You

You’re a people person who loves creating memorable experiences for customers. To be successful in this role you will bring:

A warm, friendly and approachable energy that makes every guest feel welcome

Previous customer service experience, ideally in hospitality

The ability to confidently meet, greet and engage with a diverse range of customers

A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
