Pick Packer & Food Production Worker (Food Manufacturing)

Eat to Live is more than a health food manufacturing business — we create nutritious alternatives to everyone’s favourite foods. As our business continues to expand and grow, we’re on the lookout for additional staff to join our Production Team on a Casual, Permanent Full-Time, Part-Time basis.

Positions Available:

Day Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
School Hours Shift: 9:30 am – 2:30 pm (ideal for parents completing school drop-off and pick-up)
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
Night Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am

Location:

South Murwillumbah, NSW 2484

We welcome applications from

- Entry-level candidates with little to no experience in Food Production (Levels 1–2)
- Experienced Food Production Supervisors or Shift Leaders (Levels 3–6)

The Job involves;

Operation of all aspects of the production, including packing, sealing, labelling, dating, boxing & stock control.

Cleaning of all work areas and equipment to a high standard

Product & packing Quality Control

Follow all work instructions, procedures, and safety rules.





The ideal candidate will:

Demonstrate a solid work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

Have experience in food processing (beneficial but not essential)

Be physically fit and able to perform all duties, including standing for long periods

Show excellent attention to detail

Be punctual, reliable, and dependable

Possess strong time management and organisational skills

Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Have the stamina and resilience to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
