About the role

We are seeking a General Hand - Allrounder to join our team at our Morningside QLD facility. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our warehousing, storage and distribution operations. As a General Hand - Allrounder, you will be a versatile team member capable of handling a variety of tasks across our warehouse and distribution centre. Your flexibility, work ethic and willingness to learn will be essential as you support the smooth operation of our facility and contribute to delivering excellence to our customers.

Key responsibilities

- Performing general warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
- Packing and unpacking seafood products with attention to quality and food safety standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of warehouse areas and work stations
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control activities
- Following health, safety and hygiene protocols, particularly those relevant to food storage and handling




- Supporting the loading and unloading of vehicles
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Assisting with general maintenance tasks as required
- Ability to do some deliveries as required
- Use of forklift and other associated equipment

What we're looking for

- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks regularly
- Flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of warehouse duties
- Robust work ethic and reliability with a good attendance record
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for documentation and communication
- A keen interest in food safety and hygiene standards
- Experience in warehouse or logistics operations is advantageous
- Relevant certifications such as forklift licence are required for this role
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
