Join us from the very start as we open up our current cafe serving gourmet toasties and coffees. We're looking for cafe staff (FOH, experienced hands-on baristas). We are looking for staff to support the team and jump into all areas of the cafe when needed. You will report directly to the cafe manager who will look after rostering, stock, cash handling etc.
Key responsibilities
- Ability to dial in espresso and ensure consistently high quality coffee and presentation (barista)
- Manage workflow and service during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure equipment is properly cared for
