The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Attendant at Port Macquarie Panthers,you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyableexperience for our members and guests. Working across a variety ofareas including bar, café, gaming, functions and events, you'lldeliver exceptional service while assisting with food and beverageservice, cash handling and day-to-day venue operations. This is agreat opportunity for a friendly and energetic team player whoenjoys variety, thrives in a busy hospitality environment and takespride in creating positive customer experiences.

What you'll be doing

- Delivering exceptional customer service to members andguests
- Processing POS transactions and cash handling
- Completing stock replenishment and glass collection
- Assisting with functions and events
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Supporting general operations and working flexibly acrossdifferent areas and shifts as required.

About you

You are someone who is friendly, motivated and enjoys creatingpositive experiences for others. You'll also bring:

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Confidence working independently and alongside others
- The ability to remain calm, adaptable and solutions-focused ina busy environment;
- Qualified presentation and grooming
- Current RSA and RCG or willingness to obtain
- Confidence handling cash accurately
- Basic computer skills
