ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the Tony White Group, Reef City Motors is a busy and dynamic multi-franchise dealership located in Gladstone. With our continued growth, we are looking to welcome multiple motivated and reliable Vehicle Detailers to our team.

We’re seeking people who take pride in their work, have a great eye for detail and enjoy being part of a fast-paced, supportive team. Whether you already have experience in vehicle detailing or are ready to bring a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.

SKILLS

As a Vehicle Detailer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every customer receives their new or serviced vehicle in immaculate condition. Your responsibilities will include:

- Washing, polishing and detailing new and used vehicles
- Preparing vehicles for customer delivery and showroom display
- Maintaining presentation standards across the dealership
- Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality




- Supporting the dealership team to deliver an outstanding customer experience

ABOUT YOU

- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
- A positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn
- Confidence, honesty, reliability and flexibility
- A current unrestricted driver's licence
- Previous vehicle detailing experience is preferred but not essential —we're happy to train the right person!
- Availability to work occasional overtime when required
