Your new role

We are seeking a Permanent Part-Time Baggage Services Agent to join our passionate team at Brisbane International Airport. The successful applicant will support the Passenger Services department and play a key role in delivering a seamless and positive airport experience by assisting both Customer Airlines and Passengers with their baggage queries.

Key responsibilities

- Handling customer airlines/passenger baggage queries
- Process baggage files in line with Menzies and Airline procedures
- Ensuring safe operating procedures are being followed
- Regular lifting of passenger baggage, up to 32kgs
- Prompt answering of phone calls and emails
- Updates to passengers awaiting missing luggage within prescribed timelines

About you

- Previous MHL/World tracer experience (desirable but not essential)
- A positive and professional attitude
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to work within a quick paced team environment
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually with minimal supervision.
- Immaculate personal presentation
