Key responsibilities

- Helping customers with their pool and water‑care needs
- Testing pool water and recommending appropriate products
- Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Maintaining and cleaning display pools
- Keeping the shop, displays and shelves clean and well presented
- Restocking products and general shop duties
- Processing sales and handling basic cash register/POS duties
- Assisting with stock deliveries and inventory
- Providing general advice on pool chemicals, equipment and maintenance

About you

- Friendly, approachable and confident talking to customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Practical and happy to get their hands dirty
- Well presented and customer focused
- Willing to learn about pool chemicals, equipment and water testing
- Previous retail or pool industry experience is preferred but not essential — training will be provided
