Southern Pacific Sands / SPS Quality Concrete is a growing South East Queensland business supplying quality washed silica sand, filtration media, soils and ready-mixed concrete across Brisbane and surrounding regions.

We’re looking for reliable and experienced HR drivers to join our Concrete team at our Ningi or Caloundra plant.

Travel support is available for drivers travelling to the Caloundra plant from further north, including Morayfield and surrounding areas.

About the Role

Monday–Saturday | Early Starts | Full-Time

You’ll be operating our modern concrete agitator fleet, delivering quality concrete to residential, commercial and civil customers across the local area.

Your day will involve:

- Operating and maintaining concrete agitator trucks.
- Completing pre-start checks and ensuring trucks are maintained to a high standard.
- Delivering concrete safely and to specification.
- Communicating professionally with customers and site personnel.
- Following safe work practices and contributing to our strong safety culture.
- Keeping your truck clean and well maintained.

Agitator experience is advantageous but not essential.



If you’re an experienced HR driver with the right attitude, we’re happy to teach you the rest.

What You’ll Need

- Current HR Driver's Licence.
- Previous heavy rigid driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Strong commitment to safety.
- Reliable and professional attitude.
- Ability to work early starts and longer shifts.
- White Card/Construction Induction Card is preferred.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
