About BETTA Clean

BETTA Clean provides reliable, respectful and person-centred cleaning services to people living with disability across South East Queensland.

We are looking for a dependable, friendly and hardworking cleaner who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys helping people feel comfortable and supported in their own home.

The Role

This is a casual cleaning position with consistent weekly availability required on:

Wednesday: 7:00am–3:00pm
Thursday: 7:00am–3:00pm

You will provide domestic cleaning services within the homes of NDIS participants.

Duties may include:

- General household cleaning
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Cleaning bathrooms, toilets and kitchens
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Changing bed linen
- Light household cleaning tasks
- Maintaining clean, safe and hygienic living environments
- Following participant preferences and individual household routines
- Communicating respectfully with participants, families and the BETTA team

The role involves travelling between participant homes, so reliability, organisation and good time management are essential.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:





- Available every Wednesday and Thursday between 7:00am and 3:00pm
- Reliable and punctual
- Friendly, respectful and non-judgemental
- Able to work independently
- Thorough and takes pride in their work
- Comfortable working within participants’ private homes
- Able to follow instructions and individual cleaning preferences
- Understanding of privacy, dignity and confidentiality
- Flexible and able to adapt to different households and support needs

Previous qualified cleaning experience is preferred. Experience within disability, aged care or community services is highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

Successful applicants will need to hold, or be willing to obtain:

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- National Police Check
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable and insured vehicle
- Relevant working rights in Australia
