Your Role
As a Personal Care Worker, you will:
- Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team under RN supervision
- Help maintain a protected, clean, and respectful workplace for residents, staff, and visitors
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Aged Care) – essential
- Previous experience in aged care – preferred
- Genuine empathy and a commitment to resident dignity and wellbeing
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to recognise and respond to changes in resident health
- Current work rights in Australia – required
- A Police Check will be conducted by the organisation on your behalf
