You will support older people to remain safe,independent and comfortable in their own homes by delivering arange of property maintenance and garden services.

Working across our Home Services team, you will undertakeoutdoor maintenance, gardening and general handyman tasks thatcontribute directly to our customers' wellbeing and quality oflife. From lawn mowing and hedge trimming to basic repairs andgeneral property upkeep, your work will help create safe andwelcoming home environments.

You will work independently while also being part of a supportive team, building positive relationships with customers and ensuring services are delivered safely, professionally and in linewith individual service plans. Through your practical skills and commitment to customer service, you will make a meaningfuldifference in the lives of older people throughout thecommunity.

The requirements | What it takes to do this work

- Current First Aid certificate
- Current Drivers Licence
- Reliable car with comprehensive car insurance
- Empathy and commitment to the care of older people
- Demonstrated interpersonal and written skills
- Understanding of VVHS Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised
- Committed to workplace equity

- Previous aged/disability care/Gardening or handymanexperience
