The Position

We are currently seeking an Panel Beater / Automotive Fitter to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cars, enjoys working with their hands, and is keen to build a long‑term career in the automotive repair industry.

You will work alongside experienced tradespeople and receive hands‑on training and guidance while developing your skills across vehicle repair and collision repair processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting experienced Panel Beaters and tradespeople with vehicle repairs.
- Removing and refitting vehicle components.
- Assisting with vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
- Preparing damaged panels and components for repair.
- Learning and developing panel beating and vehicle repair techniques.
- Using workshop tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Following manufacturer and workplace repair procedures.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.




- Working as part of a supportive and professional team.
- Keeping the workshop and work areas clean, organised, and safe.
- Following all workplace health and safety requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone who is reliable, motivated, hands‑on, and eager to learn .

You will ideally have:

- A genuine interest in the automotive industry.
- Some automotive experience, trade studies, or practical workshop experience is an advantage, but not essential .
- A willingness to learn new skills and techniques.
- Good attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
