Storeperson / Production Operator

About the Role

This is a hands-on role involving a mix of storeperson duties and light production work in a clean, modern facility. You’ll enjoy a secure, full-time schedule with optional overtime, a competitive hourly rate, and the opportunity to work with a supportive and skilled team.

Monday – Thursday : 8am – 5pm
Friday : 8am – 3.45pm
$28 – $35 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Location: Campbelltown NSW
Permanent role | 38-hour week + overtime available

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently

Operate basic machinery and hand/power tools

Load and unload deliveries

Perform manual handling safely and responsibly

Prepare machines for daily use and conduct basic quality checks

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Communicate clearly with the production team and managers

Who We’re Looking For

Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Forklift licence (preferred) or willing to obtain
Eye for detail and pride in your work
Experience with production or warehouse operations is desirable
A team player with good communication skills and a willingness to learn
