Natural Beginnings Early Learning World is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team and help create meaningful, engaging and nurturing learning experiences for our children.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time position , with hours ranging from 15 to 37.5 hours per week , depending on the operational needs of the service. Flexibility to work varying hours across our operating days is essential.

You will work alongside our experienced team to provide high-quality education and care within a warm, play-based environment, supporting each child’s individual learning, development and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences

- Build positive and respectful relationships with children and families

- Contribute to observations,



documentation and educational programming

- Support children’s individual development, wellbeing and interests

- Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment

- Work collaboratively with educators and the leadership team

- Contribute positively to the day-to-day operation of the service

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or approved equivalent

- Has a genuine passion for working with children

- Has a sound understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Standard

- Is reliable, flexible and works well as part of a team

- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Holds a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)

- Holds current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications , or is willing to obtain them

- Have completed the mandatory Child Safe Training
