Leda Security Products part of the ARA Group is a national company with branches in major capital cities, specialising in Perimeter Security, Bicycle Parking and Vehicle Access Control products. We are actively involved in protecting high profile sites and venues across Australia and are the recognised market leaders in this industry.

We are now seeking apart-time Service and Installation Coordinatorto join our Loganholme team. This role is key in planning and scheduling our service and installation operations, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.

About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating all service and installation activities, including:

- Scheduling site installations and service work
- Allocating and overseeing subcontractor work
- Liaising with customers, subcontractors,



and internal teams to meet requests and resolve issues
- Promoting preventative maintenance contracts to customers

Skills & Experience

We are seeking an organised and proactive skilled with:

- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including WHS&E; requirements
- Confidence in quoting and estimating work
- Computer skills, ideally with ERP or accounting systems
- Experience in a similar role coordinating service and installation teams

Most importantly, you will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple priorities.
