ABOUT THE ROLE:

Maitland Toyota is looking for a reliable, hands‑on Maintenance Crew Member to join our team in a full‑time capacity, with an immediate start available .

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in keeping facilities and grounds looking their best, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Carry out general maintenance, repairs and handyman tasks across the dealership
- Complete painting, gardening, lawn maintenance and general upkeep of the property and grounds
- Conduct regular property inspections, identify areas requiring attention and take initiative to address them
- Establish and maintain a regular maintenance routine to ensure the dealership, facilities and grounds are consistently presented to a high standard
- Assist with moving, setting up and maintaining equipment, furniture and other items as required
- Support the wider dealership team with general property and maintenance requirements
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, with a willingness to go above and beyond when required

ABOUT YOU





- We are looking for someone who is practical, proactive and takes genuine pride in their work.
- Experience in general maintenance, handyman work or property upkeep
- Current manual driver's licence
- Own reliable transport
- Good level of fitness for physical and manual tasks
- Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
- Good organisational skills and ability to maintain a regular routine
- High attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Ability to work independently and go above and beyond when required
