About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to join our Store Branding Team at Sydney International Airport.

You will represent GENTLE MONSTER by delivering a distinctive and memorable customer experience, building meaningful client relationships and sharing your knowledge of our products and brand universe.

Alongside driving sales, you will help maintain our visual and operational standards to ensure every customer experiences the creativity, energy and service that define GENTLE MONSTER.

Location: Sydney International Airport

Store Operating Hours: 6:00 AM – 9:15 PM

Travel Allowance: Provided

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide thoughtful product recommendations.

Deliver exceptional service while building meaningful and lasting client relationships.

Achieve individual and store sales objectives through genuine customer engagement.

Develop robust knowledge of GENTLE MONSTER’s products, collections and brand identity.

Maintain exceptional visual, presentation and operational standards across the sales floor and stock areas.

Support visual merchandising, floor updates,



stock replenishment and inventory control.

Work collaboratively with colleagues and leaders to create a positive, high-performing team environment.

Adapt confidently to changing customer and business needs within a fast-paced airport setting.

Represent GENTLE MONSTER through professional conduct, presentation and adherence to brand dress standards.

Support loss-prevention practices in accordance with company policies and procedures.

About You:

You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine customer relationships.

You are confident, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail workplace.

You are team-oriented, adaptable and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Previous experience in luxury, fashion or premium retail is advantageous.

You have a genuine interest in fashion, eyewear, art and design.

Multilingual capabilities are highly valued and will help support our diverse international clientele.

You are available to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Eligibility Criteria

Hold full working rights in Australia.

Be comfortable commuting to Sydney International Airport.

Be available to work across a rotating roster between 6:00 am and 9:15 pm.

Be willing and able to undergo an airport security background check in accordance with applicable requirements.
