Caribbean Park has a full-time gardening position available at our award-winning business park, located in Scoresby in Melbourne's south east.

The business park is a mix of office buildings, warehouses and factories set amongst picturesque scenery, landscaped gardens and manicured parklands. It's not only a excellent environment for the tenants who work here, but also for the gardeners who maintain the grounds to such a high standard.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and motivated individual who takes pride in the work they do.

Qualifications are an advantage and at least 2 years experience in the horticultural industry is preferred, but just as important is a "can-do" attitude and the ability and willingness to learn new skills.

About The Role





You will be responsible for maintaining a certain area of the business park, usually working in pairs but at times you will work on your own.

Your main tasks will be mowing, snipping, edging, weed spraying, pruning, ride-on mowing, tractor mowing, landscaping, and tree pruning.
