We are looking for a motivated and reliable Food Production Assistant to join our afternoon/evening production team.

Le Purée | Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Food Production Assistant to join our afternoon/evening production team.

About the Role

You will work as part of our production team, focusing on plating, piping, portioning and preparing products including cakes and mini breads .

Attention to detail and consistency are important, as every product must meet our quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities





- Plating and portioning food products
- Piping cakes and prepared products
- Preparing and portioning mini breads
- Accurately weighing and portioning products
- Following product specifications and production schedules
- Ensuring consistency in presentation, weight and quality
- Following HACCP and food safety procedures
- Completing required production records
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic workstation
- Assisting with cleaning and sanitation
- Working efficiently to achieve daily production targets

What We’re Looking For

- Previous food production, commercial kitchen, bakery or similar experience preferred
- Piping, plating or portioning experience highly regarded
- Solid attention to detail
- Good understanding of HACCP and food safety practices
- Clean and organised
- Reliable and punctual
- Motivated with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, approximately 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
Hours may vary depending on production requirements.
