We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated Shop Assistant / Cashier to join our team at a well-presented supermarket in Balgowlah Heights.

About the role

- Serving customers and operating the checkout
- Restocking shelves and maintaining a neat, well-presented store
- Receiving deliveries and unpacking pallets
- Assisting with general store duties as required
- Providing friendly and helpful service to our customers

What we’re looking for

- Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- A good communicator with a positive attitude
- Well-presented and able to work well as part of a team




- Comfortable working in a busy retail workplace

Previous supermarket or retail experience is preferred, but we’re also happy to consider someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

As the store includes a liquor department, applicants must be 18 years or older and hold a current NSW RSA certificate .

We’re also looking for someone who is interested in developing their skills and taking on more responsibility. For the right person, there is an opportunity to progress into a Supervisor role as you gain experience and demonstrate your reliability and leadership ability.
