Are you looking to start your career in Early Childhood Education?

Baulkham Hills Early Learning Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and caring trainee to join our wonderful team!

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with children and wants to earn while they learn , gaining their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care while working alongside experienced and supportive educators.

We are a 59-place, family-owned and operated service proudly rated Exceeding the National Quality Standard . We have been part of the Baulkham Hills community for over 15 years and are known for our warm, welcoming environment and strong relationships with children, families and educators.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Building meaningful relationships with children
- Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Assisting with play-based learning experiences
- Helping create engaging indoor and outdoor environments
- Learning how to support children's routines, care and daily needs
- Working alongside experienced and passionate educators
- Developing your skills and confidence throughout your traineeship
- Completing your Certificate III while gaining valuable hands-on experience

No previous childcare experience is required... we're looking for the right person with the right attitude!

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a genuine passion for working with children
- Is enthusiastic, reliable and willing to learn
- Is caring, patient and positive
- Works well as part of a team
- Has good communication skills
- Is committed to children's safety, wellbeing and learning
- Is willing to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Is willing to undertake and maintain required child safety training
- Holds, or is willing to obtain, a Working With Children Check
